A day at oose: What does a seminar on our campus actually look like?

In-house training. We come to you.

You might recognise this

We asked 15 people responsible for training at companies across different industries what makes choosing a course difficult. Three answers came up almost everywhere.

What works differently with in-house training

In-house or open course – which fits better?

We offer both and earn from both. So here is an honest comparison of what each one can do and the other cannot.

Kriterium Open course In-house training
Content Fixed programme, clearly described. You know in advance exactly what is included. Put together with you: modules combined, familiar ground shortened, sore points explored in depth.
Exercise material Examples from the course folder, which have to work for everyone. Your own requirement specs, your own code, your own architecture decisions.
Effect on the team Individuals return with new knowledge and have to win the team over. Everyone shares the same level and the same language. Discussions start from there.
Outside perspective Exchange with people from other companies. Often the real value – and not replaceable in-house. Stays within your own organisation. Blind spots remain blind spots.
Dates Fixed dates in the calendar, you book a place. Date to suit your availability, and it can be split across several weeks.
Cost Fixed price per person plus travel and accommodation. Usually cheaper for up to five people. Fixed price for the group, independent of headcount from six participants upwards. No travel costs for your team.

If you are unsure: in the initial call we tell you which format we would recommend for your case – even when the answer is the open course.

How it works

Five steps from the first conversation to the follow-up. Click through.

  1. Step 1 Initial call
    • You describe your needs and context – we listen and advise. Even if you do not yet know which training is the right one.

    free and without obligation

  2. Step 2 Meet your trainer
    • A preliminary conversation with the trainer, usually the person who will also deliver the course. Does it fit technically and personally? If someone else would be a better fit, we raise it openly.
  3. Step 3 Tailor the content together
    • Modules, focus areas, your own case studies. We build the training so it fits your team and your working day.
  4. Step 4 Delivery – at your place or online
    • We come to your offices (DACH region and worldwide), teach live online, or combine both as blended learning. With recognised certification on request.
  5. Step 5 Transfer and follow-up
    • On request with a wrap-up session once what was learned has been tried out in practice for a few weeks – so the knowledge really lands.

Your contacts for in-house training

You will not land in a ticket queue here. We get back to you personally and stay your contact from the first enquiry through to the debrief after the training.

When in-house training is not the right choice

Three cases where we will talk you out of it in the initial call.

Everything that matters, on three pages

An in-house training decision is rarely made by one person alone. So we have pulled everything that matters onto three pages: the cost logic with a calculation aid for comparing against open courses, quality criteria, the process – and the cases where we advise against it. Matter-of-fact, no marketing copy, ready to print and pass on.
