Even as an apprentice at oose, I was able to work independently and self-organized at a very early stage. My two trainers and the entire team supported me personally and professionally on an equal footing, making my start in professional life much easier. We quickly realized that I would remain part of the team after graduation. I have been supporting my colleagues in Sales & Organization full-time since summer 2022.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me here: I try to fulfill their wishes in the best possible way. Internally, I like to support our IT department in optimizing processes and constantly improving our work. I also help to design and test new systems. When I shut down my work computer, I like to boot up my own to immerse myself in the world of e-sports. If I could redefine the seasons, I would set summer to default and could live on pizza every day.
