"The first module of "Agility meets systemic team development" was a successful start to an exciting learning journey in a small but fine group of like-minded people. An open and productive exchange quickly developed, fostered on one hand by Andrea's calm and likeable manner, and on the other by a well-chosen mix of theory, practical examples and exercises. Two entertaining and intensive days gave us courage and enthusiasm for more – I am very much looking forward to the practical transfer and of course the next module with my new fellow participants.
