“Our annual programme is outdated before the year ends.”
Skill gaps appear ad hoc. People need learning when their tasks change – not at the next big training block.
Skillyo by oose · Continuous live learning
New tools, new roles, new skills: with Skillyo your people learn continuously instead of once a year – live with real trainers, in compact sessions of 90 to 120 minutes, paid from a flexible credit budget for your company.
Real depth and real trainers – in a format built for continuous learning.
You might recognise this
AI, new roles and new ways of working create new learning needs all the time. And offering training is no longer enough: it has to be reachable, fit the actual need and change something in daily work.
Skill gaps appear ad hoc. People need learning when their tasks change – not at the next big training block.
Knowledge is available around the clock. What is hard is judgement, application, critical thinking and exchange with people who push back and give feedback.
Completion rates are not transfer. What counts is whether people carry new skills into real tasks and keep learning from them.
What Skillyo does differently
Skillyo combines the flexibility of digital learning with what actually makes learning work: people, exchange, repetition and a clear link to daily work.
Ask questions, compare experiences, discuss perspectives and make sense of results together – guided by experienced trainers.
90 to 120 minutes fit into a calendar regularly. Learning happens over time instead of being crammed into a single date.
Single sessions work on their own. To build a competence area systematically, sessions combine into a path.
Companies provide credits. People pick the topics that match their role, project and current need – without a new procurement process per session.
From a learning moment to capability
The strongest idea behind Skillyo is not the length of a session. It is the rhythm: learn, try it out, bring back experience and keep going.
01 · Understand
A topic is opened up clearly, concretely and with room for questions.
02 · Apply
What was learned meets real tasks, decisions and situations.
03 · Reflect
What worked? Where is it stuck? Exchange and feedback turn experience into learning.
04 · Deepen
The next session starts where the new need appeared.

Example learning paths
Single sessions stay low-threshold. For strategic competence areas, companies can build clear learning paths around roles and needs.
AI literacy
For people who should not just operate AI but use it confidently and thoughtfully.
Engineering
For roles where depth and good decisions matter more than tool knowledge.
Leadership
For leaders who develop behaviour and collaboration over time instead of just learning models.
How the credit model works
L&D keeps the budget in view. People can still learn the moment a need appears – without waiting for next year’s catalogue or another single approval.
You decide which Skillyo allowance your company wants to use.
Teams or individuals get access to the available credits.
Learners pick suitable live sessions or follow an agreed learning path.
Two perspectives. One learning system.
The right format for the need
The future of learning is neither “all digital” nor “all short”. Different goals need different spaces. Skillyo complements the oose portfolio exactly where continuous live learning makes sense.
Skillyo
For current skill needs, regular development, distributed teams and paths that fit the working rhythm.
Public course
When a topic needs focused time, a wider subject arc, certification or deliberate distance from daily work.
To our topicsIn-house & consulting
When a whole team works on its own cases, builds a shared language or solves an organisational problem.
The formats complement each other: Skillyo before or after a course, as continuous depth or as part of a longer learning journey.
Frequently asked
Skillyo is being built. Anything still open here we clarify in a conversation – bindingly and for your case.
The company provides a shared credit allowance. Employees spend credits to book Skillyo sessions. A 90-minute session usually costs fewer credits than a 120-minute one. Price, duration and validity are agreed individually for your allowance.
Both. Single sessions cover an immediate need. For strategic competence areas, sessions combine into a path – for example AI literacy from “understand” to “take responsibility”.
No. Skillyo works without your own learning management system: booking, dates and credit balance run through Skillyo. If you do use an LMS, we discuss the connection case by case.
Yes, that is the core of the model: people pick the sessions that fit their role, project and current need. If you need approvals, topic budgets or fixed paths, we define those together.
Skillyo sessions run in small groups so questions and exchange stay possible. The exact maximum depends on the format and we state it bindingly before any contract.
Through the rhythm: sessions build on each other, people try things out in between, and the next session starts from those experiences. That is what separates Skillyo from a recording.
Because Skillyo consists of many short dates, rebooking is the norm: a missed session can be taken later. Concrete deadlines and the credit refund rule are part of your agreement.
As in our live online courses we use Zoom. A download is not required; joining via browser works too. If your company mandates a different system, talk to us.
A public course offers focused learning time, a wider subject arc and often a certification. Skillyo is built for continuous learning: compact live sessions that fit the working rhythm and combine into learning paths. The formats complement each other – many teams use both.
