The well-being of our team is important to me and I am happy when I can support my colleagues with the topics that are close to their hearts. I want to help shape the working world at oose, support my colleagues in their further development or simply be there when someone needs my sympathetic ear.
I see myself as a sparring partner for all HR-related topics and support all HR issues along the entire employee lifecycle (from recruiting to onboarding and offboarding).
In my private life, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends in the garden or traveling and am always happy to discover something new.
