We are now the proud owners of the Weiterbildung Hamburg e.V. quality seal.
This seal confirms quality standards - which we at oose have been living for our customers for a long time. Weiterbildung Hamburg e.V. is an association that checks the quality of training providers. The seal is a recognized brand for certified further education institutions in Hamburg.
Among other things, Weiterbildung Hamburg e.V. checks the coherence of the seminar offers and the contractual conditions. For example, oose is characterized by the fact that a maximum of 15 people participate in an open seminar. In addition, participants who attend our seminars as private individuals benefit from special participant protection.
Educational leave
You can apply for educational leave for all our seminars if your employer is based in one of the following federal states: Baden-Württemberg, Berlin, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony-Anhalt and Schleswig-Holstein.
It is important that you write us a short e-mail beforehand or call us directly so that we can check whether your desired seminar is already registered for educational leave. If this is the case, we will send you a confirmation for the educational leave directly. If not, we will obtain approval as quickly as possible, which usually takes around 3 months.
You then submit this confirmation to your employer.

Funding opportunities
Below we have listed the funding options that we accept. It is important that your employer is based in the federal state listed and also pays taxes there.
If you have been approved for funding, we need the letter before the start of the seminar by e-mail to info@oose.de.
Hamburg
Zwei Plan GmbH offers a further training bonus for participants from Hamburg. Up to 750 € are subsidized here. This program currently only runs until the end of December 2023, when a decision will be made on how to proceed. We will keep you up to date here.

Lower Saxony
Lower Saxony supports its local companies through the NBank via the European Fund. This measure runs until 30.06.2023.
Applications for funding must be submitted in writing and electronically via the customer portal at least four weeks before the start of the training measure.
A maximum of 50% of the total costs (course and examination fees as well as expenses for time off work) can be funded. The minimum funding amount is €1,000 in absolute terms.
