With the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) this seminar will help you to adopt the appropriate and established notation. We not only convey all the elements of the BPMN, that you need for expressive and understandable business process descriptions, but also the suitable method, to effectively elicit the processes. And we will not withhold the limits of BPMN and how you can overcome them.
