As a board member of oose eG, I create space for our employees to implement their innovative ideas. I empty my head by recording my knowledge in books, articles and lectures. This gives me the freedom to explore new ideas and concepts.
I manifest best practices in standards at the OMG, where I am actively involved in shaping SysML, UML and the OCEB and OCSMP certification programs, for example.
In my private life, 42.195 km motivates me to achieve my goals.
