What particularly fascinates me is when something new emerges from the interplay of diverse perspectives! As a trainer, facilitator and coach for soft skills and new working environments with a long-standing background in innovation, I support teams in shaping their working methods in such a way that remarkable new solutions emerge in a healthy and effortless way.
My focus is on self-management, communication, collaboration and finding creative solutions.
When I'm not training, facilitating or coaching, I can most likely be found on the dance floor in my dancing shoes swinging or boogieing. In addition to moving to good music, my little bulldog Frida keeps me healthy by ensuring that I regularly get out into the fresh air and always have something to laugh about.
