The Scrum Alliance offers certifications for Scrum - one of the approaches in agile project management.
The Certified Scrum Master is the role in a Scrum project that ensures that all participants adhere to the Scrum process and supports the project team in organizing itself. In the basic training course, you will learn the basics of Scrum in three days with a special focus on the role of the Scrum Master.
The Scrum Alliance's new examination regulations have been in force since October 2009. This means that participants of the CSM training are no longer automatically Certified ScrumMaster after completing the training, but must also pass an online exam (multiple-choice test). The exam fees are included in the oose seminar price.
The oose seminars are held in German, the CSM exam (multiple-choice test) is in English.
