For our online seminars we use an online classroom platform. You will receive the access details in good time before the seminar. Otherwise the format is very similar to in-person sessions — we place great emphasis on interactivity and exercises in (small) groups.

You can see this in the date overview of your chosen seminar — a green calendar symbol means spots are available, yellow means only a few spots remain, and red means the date is fully booked.

Your seminar usually takes place at our oose.campus (Schomburgstraße 50, 22767 Hamburg). For other venues such as oose am Meer or oose im Kloster you will receive the exact address after booking.

Our oose.campus is within walking distance of Hamburg Altona station, which is served by long-distance trains and several S-Bahn lines of the hvv. On arrival follow the signs towards "Große Bergstraße". After about 10 minutes on foot, turn left at the roundabout into Virchowstraße — you will then walk straight towards our building.

Please note that very few public parking spaces are available nearby. The CONTIPARK underground car park "Neues Forum Altona" at Lawaetzweg 4 is within walking distance. We recommend arriving by public transport.

Meetups take place regularly at our oose.campus. You can find an overview at meetup.com/oose-events. Other events also take place from time to time, such as our perspectives.festival.

Our seminar rooms are barrier-free and accessible by lift.

When an open seminar date is marked as confirmed, you can be certain that it will take place. Only force majeure events (e.g. trainer illness, technical failures or natural events) are excepted.

If a seminar date has not yet been confirmed, go ahead and register anyway — your registration might be the one that tips it into a confirmed date. You are also welcome to contact us beforehand and we can give you an indication of how likely it is to run.

According to our terms and conditions, you can cancel or rebook your seminar participation up to 30 days before the start date for a processing fee of €50, as long as the date has not yet been confirmed. After that, cancellation is no longer possible, though rebooking may still be an option. If you used an early bird discount, cancellation is unfortunately excluded. But don't worry — just get in touch by phone or email and we will find a solution together.

In-person seminars generally start at 09:30 on the first day; our online seminars start at 09:00. You will receive the exact start and end times after registration.

That depends on where you are travelling from. We generally start at 09:30 on the first day; if you have a long journey it may be worth arriving the evening before.

We are easy to reach by bike. There are plenty of bike racks right in front of the oose.campus.
