Robert Wiechmann

Robert Wiechmann has been passionately supporting organizations in their agile transition since 2008. His motivation as an independent consultant and coach has always been to inspire people to work together in a value-, people- and customer-centered way. Appreciation and trust form the basis of his work. In addition to his consulting and coaching activities, he also works as a trainer and facilitator. As author and co-founder of the agile community "Agile by Nature", he also contributes to spreading the idea of a new way of working together in the world of work.
Robert is the author of the two specialist books "Scrum in der Praxis" and "Agile Werte" leben as well as the initiator and trainer of the training "Wertstiftender Agile Coach" at oose.
