Moritz Avenarius

Moritz Avenarius is an independent systemic innovation consultant for analog change processes into the digital future. His focus is on the conception, planning and moderation of workshops and large group events with a high degree of interaction and independent action by the participants. Since 2008, he has been organizing and facilitating Design Thinking and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops as well as BarCamps, future workshops and World Cafés.
Moritz Avenarius learned the Design Thinking craft at oose in 2012 and gained his first practical experience with the method. Since 2017, he has been a cooperation partner at oose, where he now conducts training and other activities related to design thinking. Moritz Avenarius has also actively supported oose as an external moderator in the transition to a holocratically organized cooperative.
