As a trainer and consultant, my focus is on analyzing and improving processes, both business and development processes. To this end, I primarily rely on agile methods, but I am also familiar with traditional approaches from my many years of experience as a project manager, process manager, analyst, quality assurance officer and developer. In my previous interdisciplinary research work in a team of computer scientists, philosophers, linguists and psychologists, I learned to look at problems from different angles in order to arrive at new perspectives.
In my private life, I am often to be found in the vicinity of alphabetic jumbles.
