As a trainer and consultant, my focus is on requirements engineering, usability and user experience.
For me, requirements engineering is about finding a common language that serves as the basis for a shared understanding.This can (and will) look different in every project, in every environment. The decisive factor is that it suits the people involved and the organization.
Consequently, my heart also beats for the area of soft skills, where I am particularly interested in the topics of communication and resilience.
I like to spend my free time in nature, preferably by or on the water.
