As a trainer and consultant, my focus is on agile project management and product ownership.
As a trained market researcher with a focus on user research, the topic of customer centricity is particularly close to my heart. I am passionate about enabling people, teams and organizations to work better through agile values and tools - in terms of motivation, humanity and market success.
I am particularly motivated by creating and experiencing aha-moments for the participants and accompanying a profound change in attitude and understanding. Always with a portion of fun and lightness.
I also have a passion for training in my private life. As a running and fitness coach, I enjoy imparting knowledge and skills relating to healthy endurance training - when I'm not out and about in running shoes or on my bike.
