Holger Tewis has been supporting companies in product development for 18 years. As a graduate computer scientist, software developer, program manager, scrum master and finally manager of agile departments, he combines a technical background with several years of coaching and management experience. He has gained a broad spectrum of perspectives in start-ups, medium-sized companies and corporations in a wide range of industries. For him, the key to success lies in understanding organizations as complex social systems in which motivated employees can build great products within a clear framework.
Privately, he enjoys singing in a pop choir, going jogging and practicing mindfulness.
