When introducing agile software development, I am always fascinated by how a highly motivated and well-rehearsed team emerges from a collection of people and achieves its goal together: to deliver executable software in short intervals.
That's why I focus on agile project management, communication and new forms of organization.
In particular, I support agile transitions in organizations through Kanban or Scrum training, agility checks, by coaching management, the Scrum Master and the Product Owner, through conflict moderation or by temporarily taking on the role of Scrum Master.
