International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board (UXQB)

The International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board (UXQB) is a collaboration of international experts in the field of "Usability and User Experience."

The aim of UXQB is the (further) development and maintenance of the certification program "Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience" (CPUX). CPUX is an international standard for the training and development of individuals who are genuinely interested in Usability and User Experience.

UXQB was founded in October 2013 on the initiative of the Quality Standards Working Group of the Professional Association of German Usability and User Experience Professionals (German UPA e.V.) to systematically advance an internationally uniform certification process for Usability Professionals.

Learn in our seminar Usability und User Experience gestalten (inkl. Prüfungsvorbereitung CPUX-F) how you can significantly improve the user experience and in particular the usability of your interactive systems. The theoretical foundations for this are based on human-centered design for interactive systems in accordance with the ISO 9241 family of standards (ergonomics of human-system interaction).

Practical exercises in small groups complete each theoretical module in order to consolidate the knowledge and enable an exchange of experience between the participants. This almost incidentally also serves as preparation for the certification examination. Practice questions are also discussed specifically in preparation for the exam.

The seminar provides all the necessary knowledge to pass the CPUX-F (Foundation Level) certification in accordance with the UXQB curriculum (version 4.x).
