1. Purpose of the Learning Platform
The haqoo learning platform is designed to promote exchange among learners, support lifelong individual learning processes, and offer learning products and events.
2. Definitions
“Platform”
The technical infrastructure and services accessible via community.haqoo.com.“User”
A natural person with login credentials for the platform.“Learner”
A User who uses the platform’s offerings for personal or professional development.“Expert”
A User who supports Learners through exchanges or by offering learning products.“Booking Agent”
A User who books learning products or events on behalf of Learners.“Provider”
An organization that offers learning products or events on the platform.
3. Registration on the Platform
Only real, adult natural persons may register and use the platform’s services.
Each real person may hold only one account. oose cannot verify identity and therefore assumes no liability for actual identities.
Registration requires first and last name, a valid email address, and a password. Optional additional information may be provided.
Uploaded profile photos must clearly depict the User and comply with applicable law.
Users are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential and must not share accounts.
Users guarantee that all provided data remain true and complete.
A basic user profile (showing real name) is provided free of charge; additional paid services may be booked.
Any service booked via a third-party provider is governed by separate contracts, terms, and privacy policies of that provider.
4. Services Offered
The platform provides both free and paid services.
Paid services require explicit user consent.
Listings on the platform are invitations to offer; a binding contract is formed when a User submits an offer (by completing registration or booking) and oose accepts it.
5. User Obligations
Users must comply with applicable law, respect third-party rights, and adhere to the platform’s Code of Conduct at all times.
6. Responsibility for Content
oose reserves the right to remove posts, temporarily or permanently deactivate or delete accounts, especially if the Code of Conduct or these AGB are violated.
7. Platform Availability
oose does not guarantee 100 % uptime. Maintenance or other reasons may temporarily interrupt services.
8. Changes to Services
oose may modify platform services unless such changes are unreasonable for the User.
9. Changes to these AGB
oose may amend these AGB unless amendments are unreasonable for the User. Users will be informed in advance; if they do not object within four weeks, the changes are deemed accepted.
10. Data Protection
Personal data are collected only with user consent and used solely to fulfill the platform’s purposes, respecting each User’s privacy settings. For more details, see our platform’s Privacy Policy.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Users may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the contract conclusion date.
To exercise this right, Users must notify oose eG (Schomburgstraße 50, 22767 Hamburg; email: info@oose.de; fax: 040 – 414250-50) via clear statement (letter, fax, or email). The attached withdrawal form may—but need not—be used.
To meet the deadline, sending the withdrawal notice before the period expires suffices.
Effects of Withdrawal
oose will refund all payments received (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds may be withheld until oose has received returned goods or proof of return shipment.
Users bear the direct cost of returning goods.
Users only compensate for any loss in value if goods were handled beyond what is necessary for inspection.
If Services began during the withdrawal period at the User’s request, Users pay a proportionate amount corresponding to services rendered up to notification of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Form
A sample form is provided but not mandatory. Users may use it or any clear declaration to exercise their right of withdrawal.
